Not much longer now! Our friends Shawn and Susi fly in tomorrow from Boston for 10 days, and then we leave a week after they do. We are very excited to have them come and visit! We have tried to do alot of packing this week so we don't have to do much while they are here. We managed to get alot done, but I'm sure we will still be running around at the ending trying to get everything together!
We are very excited to get to Colville, and to visit the Island also. Mom and Greg bought a house about 45 minutes from Colville, so we are VERY excited that they will be so close. It's much better than 5 hours away!
Both Brent and the kids are napping right now so I have some nice quiet time. I should be cleaning/picking up house, but I would much rather spend my time on the computer! :)
I have posted some new pictures of the kids below-they were all taken within the last few days. Sam doesn't really want to smile for the camera much (he always tries to hide) so it may seem like I have more pictures of Ella!
Sam is amazing us everyday with what he can do and comprehend. He knows all of the words to several songs: "Take me out to the ballgame" "You are my sunshine" "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star".....I know there are more but can't remember them right now.
Ella is starting to talk up a storm, her newest words are "Oh wow!" (Grandma Beth-did you teach her that??), "Truck go?" (asking where the truck went, she is always asking where something or someone went), "momma help", "help you"....there are so many! We get really excited when she says something new so now Sam has started talking babytalk like Ella so he can get some attention! We're not quite sure what to do about that, we just tell him that mommy and daddy don't understand babytalk from a 3 year old.
Well, I had better get do some of my never-ending laundry pile and clean up this house....the kids will be awake soon!!!
