Happy family in the Montana wilderness.
A trip into the mountains around Helena to inspect Unlce Punk's livestock was a highlight of our July 4th. While heading back I reminded the kids what my rules of the trip were for all four of us: 1 - no whining, 2 - no being crabby. I then gave the kids a nice compliment about how they were behaving so far. Just as soon as my compliment was uttered, Sam responded with, "Yeah, but Dad, it's only day 2!" 
While up on the mountain, Marci and the kids decided to get their feet wet in the stream. 
A nice Independence Day BBQ featured some of the largest T-bones that you have ever seen. Unlce Punk is good at putting out the BBQ fire with the garden hose.

FUN! How's the heat over there? It was 95+ today. hot! We stayed cool though. :) Happy 4th!
